How does the 10% platform fee work?
When a venue posts a job and a technician completes it, the platform takes 10% of the agreed job value as an introduction fee. This covers matching, escrow payments, and platform services. The fee is only charged on completed jobs.
How does the 5-star rebate work?
If a venue gives a technician a 5-star review after a completed job, the technician receives a 2.5% rebate on that job. This means the effective fee drops from 10% to 7.5% for excellent work.
Who pays the platform fee?
The 10% fee is deducted from the job payment before it reaches the technician. The venue pays the agreed job price — no extra charges for them.
What payment methods do you accept?
